专利摘要:
1483566 Seals SANDO IRON WORKS CO Ltd 10 June 1975 [10 June 1974 (2)] 24734/75 Heading F2B In an arrangement in which a fibre web, entering or exiting from a pressurized gas treatment chamber, is sealed by a pair of rolls 41, 41<SP>1</SP>, a buffer gas is introduced at the head of a labyrinth tube, in counterflow to the treatment gas. As shown, cool air is injected via pipe 16 into space 17, so as to flow down passage 43 and maintain a composition gradient in labyrinth tube 31, such that space 33a contains only air and space 33c undiluted steam. Monitoring arrangement 35a, 35c adjusts the air flow control valve 37 to maintain the composition gradient. Porous sealing tubes 42, 42<SP>1</SP> containing pressurized water may be replaced by counter-rolls (12, 12<SP>1</SP>, Figs. 1 and 2, not shown). The counter rolls (59, 59<SP>1</SP>, Fig. 4, not shown) may be water-cooled. Alternatively, a single sealing member (71, Figs. 5-7, not shown) may co-operate with both rolls (13, 13<SP>1</SP>). Loss of gas pressure operates on flap 45 automatically to close passage 43. In another form, endless belts (19, 19<SP>1</SP>, Fig. 2, not shown) circumscribe pairs of rolls (13, 18 and 13<SP>1</SP>, 18<SP>1</SP>).

liquid and placed in the recess, with the possibility of contact with the sealing roller, while the ends of the sealing plate are placed between the corresponding pressure hose and the sealing roller, and the ends of the pipeline for compressed air are located at the level of the sealing plate, at this shutter has a sensor temperature i-shea humidity of the environment in each section of the steam chamber. FIG. i schematically shows the shutter, section J in FIG. 2 and 3 - Var of gate execution. A shutter for sealing the inlet and outlet openings of high-pressure apparatuses contains picking rollers 1 mounted on a high-pressure chamber 2, a neck 3 located under the sealing rollers for passing the text material 4 and sealing elements 5 in contact with the sealing rollers 1. The neck 3 is connected to the pipeline 6 to press air into it. In addition, the shutter has a sealing plate 7 with an opening for the passage of the textile material 4 and a chamber 8 located under the neck 3. The sealing plate 7 is located — above the neck 3, perpendicular to it. The steam chamber 8 has cantilever barriers 9 that divide the chamber into sections 10, 11 and 12, - each section is connected by pipelines 13 to pipelines 6 for supplying cx: air to the mouth 3. Each of the sealing elements 5 consists of a support bar 14 with a recess located on its side facing the sealing roller 1 and the pressure hose 15. The hose 15 is filled with liquid and placed in the recess of the support bar 14. In this case, the hose 15 is in contact with the corresponding sealing roller I, and between them are located, The ends of the sealing plate 7. The ends of the pipeline 6 for supplying compressed air are located at the level of the sealing plate 7. The sealing elements 5 are installed in the supporting parts 16. For the passage of compressed air in the head 3 there are vertical layer 54 of us 17 forming channels the walls of the neck. The compressed gas passing through the channels enters the cavity 18 formed by the sealing rollers 1 and the sealing plate 71. When the device is operated, sections 10, II and 12 are supplied with steam from the high-pressure chamber 2. The compressed gas from the cavity 18 enters the steam chamber 8, with proper selection of the flow rate of the supplied compressed air, an air balance is provided between the gas and the vapor coming from the body of the apparatus. By removing the gas from each section 10, I1, and 12 through the respective pipelines 13 with controlling the flow rate of the exhaust gas and the absence of leaks through other places, it is possible to maintain the steam parameters in the apparatus body at a constant level. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the device in which the sealing rollers 1 are covered by a sealing tape 19, which also bends around the rollers 20. The sealing strips 19 are cleaned with cylindrical brushes 21 placed in the bath 22. There are tubular showers 23 for feeding on the sealing tape 19 cleaning fluid and scrapers 24 for cleaning tapes. For their pressing, rollers 25 are additionally installed, which are in contact with rollers 20. Dryers 26 are installed for additional drying. The shutter may also have a safety valve 27 installed rotatably under support part 16. The safety valve 27 blocks the neck 3, isolates it from the steam chamber, and is triggered when the steam flow is suddenly directed from chamber 2 to neck 3. The shutter also has temperature or humidity sensors 28 (FIG. 3), whose output signals are fed to a converter 29, in which the level of these output signals is compared with a predetermined one and which, according to the comparison results, actuates a valve 30 regulating the flow rate of the gas supplied under pressure. There is a conduit 31 for draining condensate accumulating on the partitions.
Sensors 28 can be mounted directly in sections 10, 11, and 12.
The proposed shutter improves the reliability of the device by creating an air equilibrium, and the reduction of the frictional resistance of the rotation of the rollers also creates energy savings.
